  • What is the difference between cluster dextrin and maltodextrin as a carb source

    Cluster dextrin has a higher gastric emptying rate than other simple sugars, including Maltodextrin. This leads to faster absorption of glucose into the gut and therefore faster access to energy.

  • What duration of workout should The ReFuel be used for?

    Drink The ReFuel for workouts lasting longer than 60 minutes where you may need extra carbohydrates.

  • Do I need to drink water or electrolytes in addition to The ReFuel?

    When mixed with The ReHydrate in recommended amounts, you will not need additional electrolytes. This all-in-one solution will provide the carbohydrates you need without compromising your electrolyte intake. If you mix The ReFuel with plain water, you may need to have electrolytes on hand depending on the intensity and duration of your workout.

  • How much caffeine is in the caffeinated The ReFuel?
