Ryan Summers
Ryan has been a competitive runner for over two decades, having first laced up his shoes in high school where he competed in indoor track before expanding into outdoor track and cross country. His passion for pushing boundaries led him to trail and ultramarathon running in 2014, and he hasn't looked back since — tackling everything from 50Ks to epic 240-mile mountain adventures.
Off the trails, Ryan works as a mental health therapist running his own private practice in Nashville, Tennessee. When he isn't seeing clients or logging miles on rugged terrain, you'll find him coaching fellow runners, experimenting in the kitchen, writing, curling up with a good book, or channeling his creativity into crafting and costume making.
